The Columbia River gorge is known the world over for its 80 miles of spectacular river canyon, elegantly cutting between Oregon and Washington states. Jagged cliffs, spires, and ridges set delicately against the nearby peaks of the Pacific Northwest’s Cascade Mountain Range. And one of the prime spots along this unique stretch of the upper Northwest Oregon region, is the quaint little town of Hood River. There are several wedding venues in this area that are coveted after year round, but the Griffin House has quickly become one of our favorites.
Just 40 minutes outside of Portland, the Griffin House offers packages to fit up to 175 guests. Overnight rentals, and event coordination are also available. Access to the interior of the Griffin House itself is available for getting ready and staging. Plus a welcome terrace, ceremony lawn, eastern lawn, as well as a gorgeous reception lawn and tent for receptions.
